Naturo-Medical Health Care, P.C. (Naturo-Medical) was founded in 1992 by Tsai Chung Chao, M.D., a board certified physiatrist, specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Founder & Chief Staff Physician

Dr. Chao is the founder and the Medical Director of Naturo-Medical Health Care, P.C.
He is a board certified and diplomat physician in physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Dr. Chao is the Associated Director of the Rehabilitation Medicine Residency Program in the
Department of Orthopedic and Rehabilitation Medicine, and Director of Medical Acupuncture at
SUNY Downstate Medical Center. He is also a guest professor at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
